HeartMate II Holsters
My husband, Jerry has tried to use the HeartMate II holster belt which did not hold the batteries securely. Tech Support offered some solutions but they did not work out. He is thin and the batteries keep sliding. Anyone who would like to have a large holster, let me know as he is not using it.

The correct name of this is HeartMate II Modular Belt not to be confused with the Holster Vest!
-
I've had the modular belt for over a year and gave up on it after wearing it a few times.Like Jerry it kept sliding down and I'm not skinny. There was no way to lock the straps in place after adjusting the fit .As you walked it would slip and start dropping. It wasnt fun trying to walk on a treadmill while trying to hold the belt up.And the pouches slipped out too easy.Good Idea, but bad engineering.

I use what undercover law enforcement calls a Holster-shirt and Tactical button down shirts. Both shirts have 2 pockets that securely keeps the 2 batteries in place. Josh

I would like to find out more about the law enforcement shirts. I use the shoulder bag and it gets to be a bit awkward.

I use the nylon holster for the Control Unit, and I wear a fishing vest that has pockets big enough for the batteries to fit in.
They gave me the vest when I was in the hospital, but I didn't like how the batteries were free swinging because I also had damage in my right leg from the balloon that they tried first and with the batteries swinging around, it would throw me off balance.
The good thing about the fishing vest is that there are plenty of pockets in it to keep things like my wallet and cell phone in.

Great idea about using a fishing vest. My husband will love that!

My husband has also liked the Scott e Vest. Lots of pockets to hold everything!

Which is the Scott e Vest you recommend? Is it http://www.amazon.com/Scottevest-Ultimate-Hoodie-Microfleece-Medium/dp/B005EN4FTU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327680863&sr=8-1

Eva_Melrose...I am interested in finding out if the shirts you mentioned in your post have 2 side zipper pockets? When I went to that website it only mentions 1 left side zipper pocket. I am searching for a more comfortable alternative for my husband and so far no luck. I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone...

Like my wife Kara said above, I absolutely love the ScotteVest, here is the link to the one that I have!! It has many pockets so you have options on where to put the batteries, and it keeps them concealed so that you may not get as many funny looks from people!
