Running with LVAD and Doing well

Hi everybody, I have my LVAD since 2 years and Doing extremly well. I was a Runner before and now After a lot of training I will start to 'compete' again in my first 5000 m run. I was Doing half Marathons before I had my Heart attack. I will for sure not win but i want to show what is possible with an LVAD. Wonder if there is anyone out there who is doing similarly well with his LVAD and wants to share experiences. Regards Harry

I miss swimming but it's no longer an option have been riding bike whenever I can but after a while I get bored with the scenery I have built up to doing pushups a few sets and some squats without weights miss the gym but with Covid this also not an option now but in the future I I like running/sprinting on a treadmill but will a LVAD there's plenty of trepidation.

I got my LVAD on 12/31/19 spent 38 days in the hospital driving health workers crazy. Was lucky to be doing real rehab/exercises during my last two weeks laid up.

How does running feel with this device inside - does it move? Trepidation.
