Nerve pain from lvad pump

Any one suffer nerve pain in chest due to lvad pressing on nerve. I've had lvad since Jan 2019 and and gone through many issues. New issue as of March 2023 is lvad pressing on nerve. Some times it's very painful. Lvad team suggested a nerve block procedure as sometimes they work. I hate to have to go through another procedure. I'm wondering if others have had this issue and if it works.

Not sure if I am suffering from the same thing. I am going on Monday to see my Dr.  I have a pain when I lay on my left side it stops when I sit up or stand up.  I have had my lvad for 6 years.  My drive line stuff is on the right side and I have no problems with that side. Not sure what is going on.
